What Causes Snoring?

Snoring is caused by an obstruction in your respiratory
system. Usually the soft palate or the uvula are causing the snoring
but there are actually a few other causes. Check them out:

1. Allergies- Think about
when you have allergies and your nose is running, the extra mucus in
there can cause an obstruction for your airways, causing that
beautifully loud vibrating noise. Later in the course we will cover
remedies for Allergies.

2. The way you are sleeping. If you are laying
on your back, and have your head at the right angle (tilted back) you
are more apt to snore.

3. The muscles in the area of the throat, your
jaw, and sinus area can also cause snoring. If they are too weak or too
tense. Also if you have too much fat in these areas you may snore.
Christian Goodman has written a must-see book that uses a completely
natural approach to help you quit snoring.
